been some time since I've blogged..
and i predict this will be a very very long one..
ok i don't know where to start cos there's just so many things
alright on the first day, it was hell for me...
wasted the previous night at ant's place so i headed over to tanah merah ferry terminal on zhixian's ride half-soberly
and i realised i left my wallet over at ant's place only when i reached the ferry terminal
how lucky that was to start the first day off
throughout the day, i was just damn damn tired and couldn't concentrate on what i was doing well..
until half way through, i just couldn't take it anymore.. i was shivering under the hot sun, cold sweating throughout the low elements
headed to the room for a nap and to energize for the rest of the day..
felt so bad not being with my group and was really quite worried as they were pretty quiet.. my fault for that..
everything took a turn for the good on the second day..
i was feeling so much better on the second day
trekking is tiring but fun.. chit chatting throughout the whole route
and after rafting, the group seems to be so much more bonded and enthusiastic..
really really happy to see that..
dinner was just simply awesome..
everyone is so excited and the food was fabulous..
spirits were high..
things got even better or rather the best on the third day..
everyone was high as though they were on drugs
even drenching ourselves in the rain didnt put a stop to us having fun
felt the warmth with all of us cuddling around one circle having lunch, standing despite the rain outside with all of us wet..
campfire night was the highlight..
cheering and performance was awesome..
the whole iDARE was so high and the performances were so interesting and funnyyy
the mood then was indescribable, really really exciting...
during debrief, frankly speaking, i felt so so proud of everyone in my group and felt touched at several points of everyone's speech..
watching them getting closer to each other and enjoying as one was just awesome
the piece of paper with everyone's comments encouraged me to just get better..
finally the last day, was enjoyment for everyone..
jet-ski, banana boat, atv and photo taking was fantastic...
everyone is enjoying themselves..
so many funny moments and the day ended the camp on a high note
on the way back to singapore, some of them didnt sleep on the vessel, and instead, we found one common topic which lasted us throughout the trip!
if only, the topic was raised earlier...... hahaha
headed over to changi airport for sakae dinner with some of the ppl
chit chatted all the way about the funny incidents over dinner
headed to brenda's chalet to surprise her and really glad she was surprised..
the whole night i was just damn damn shacked..
noel, gw and i were just chit chatting our way about iDARE which apparently pissed the rest haha..
fell asleep quite early..
and today, woke up in the morning, remembering that have to check results..
asked charissa that mush-hotel to check for me...
and so glad that i pass everything and can finally sleep in peace
i finally head home after breakfast..
still our way home, gw and i chatted all the way from pasir ris to jurong east regarding iDARE
we were still high on iDARE spirit..
finally, i would like to say that i have learnt so so so much from the past few days..
i felt as though i have grown so much, to be more responsible and everything else..
this experience is really an interesting and happy one..
going bintan for the second time as a SF is just different, with the help of different ppl of course
i would like to thank so many ppl for it.. all the SFs, jellybean and iDARE..
many of them accompanied me throughout the 4 days which felt so so short..
making so many friends and people
i really enjoyed this camp alot and have picked up so many skills and experience throughout
i had a really hard time summarizing this post as i could go on and on and on posting out all the events that happen..
shall post a bit of the photos when they are out if not the entire page will be flooded..
i started missing iDARE and felt weird not waking up early for the activities already this morning..
and i believe this iDARE thing will only die off after a long period of time
so sorry people, bear with us a lil okay..
cos iDARE is just that awesome.. right?! (:
